This page sets forth the terms and conditions under which INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH PRIVATE LTD. provides it's services related to traveling, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of this site to plan your trip with INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH. By making use of this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions we have outlined below. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not continue to use or access this site.
Your agreement is with INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH PRIVATE LTD., which will be treated as an active contract between you and INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH PRIVATE LTD. after confirming you regarding our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and after receiving your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s about Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH PRIVATE LTD.
After you have submitted your booking request on our website, a Travel Consultant will review the booking details and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours. For the services contracted, 50 % advance payment or deposit should be made after receiving the confirmation email. The remaining 50% of the amount should be paid in full amount before commencement of your tour. However, full payment will be required at the time of booking if your travel arrangements are made within 4 weeks of arrival. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature or details of your desired trip and services with the time left for the commencement of the trip. Once your booking has been confirmed and your booking money has been paid, Interactive Bangladesh will issue an invoice and vouchers to you regarding all your travel arrangements. The travel documents will not be delivered to you until the full payment has been received. You will receive your travel documents either by post or upon arrival in Bangladesh.Note: If the Travel Consultant is unable to obtain confirmation at the time of booking, an alternative trip will be offered to you. If you do not accept the alternative offer or Interactive Bangladesh is not able to offer you an alternative, no charges will be made to you.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, by Bank Transfer, by Cash payment to our offices or agents in your city or by Demand Draft / Cheque. If you pay by Credit Card, then you will need to fill in the relevant form and send it to us with the necessary documents for identity verification. If you pay by Bank Transfer, we will ask you to fax or e-mail the payment receipt or necessary documents.Please note that INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH reserves the right to cancel any booking where the documents have not been received and apply the suitable cancellation fees.
As soon as we receive the advance payment or deposit, we will start securing your reservations. If any of the proposed accommodations, transportation or flights is not available at the time of booking, we will contact you immediately with the best available alternative of a similar standard for your permission. A price difference may incur, sometimes more, sometimes less and the balance of the payment will be adjusted accordingly. Availability of the hotels can be checked prior to booking upon request; however no space can be held or guaranteed. After all your reservations are made and secured, you will receive a confirmed travel itinerary with all the services mentioned along with our local destination management contact details. Upon your arrival in destination, you will receive a printed itinerary and any further documentation such as vouchers, tickets etc. that are essential for your program.
You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time. Any cancellation notice must be received in written to INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH by email or fax and will be effective at the date of receipt. We would try our best to reduce the cancellation charges however as a general policy the cancellation charges would be as follows.
Over and Above the transaction amount will be deducted on refund (Bank Remittance / Credit Card) Flight tickets are not included in the above cancellation policy. Once your program is confirmed and flight tickets are purchased, any changes to the dates of the program will incur a Change Fee or in case of cancellation (this is additional to the service fee) will incur a Cancellation Fee. Both Cancellation and Change Fee will be applied according to the flight companies cancellation policies.Please note that, INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH does not charge anything extra for the flight ticket cancellations. In case of flight cancellation you have to follow the flight companies’ cancellation policies. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of hotel bookings or any other extra services which have been made directly by the client.
Given prices are based on person cost considering double occupancy. Please ask for a single person quote if needed. Prices and charges given for each package or itinerary will be considered in effect at the time of publishing and are subject to change without any prior notice.
Originality to the planned itineraries are possible, although every effort will be made to keep them as they are presented. In addition, we reserve the right to revise itineraries or hotels due to conditions beyond our control, and any such change will not result in eligibility for refund.
If you wish to change your booking or travel plan with INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH, we can accept the change under some suitable conditions of both parties. The changes may include in Travel Date, Trip Duration, Food Plan, Accommodation, Road Transport etc. The charge for this type of changes is not fixed and not applicable always. Please keep in mind that we always try to give our clients our best, so if such change in plan occurs we will try to figure out the best possible way to fix it considering less change fees.Note: If you want to make any changes to your travel plan and let us know prior 3/4 weeks before commencing your trip then it would cause you some change fees. If you want to make any changes to your trip plan during your trip with us then it may cost you some more unfortunate change fees or cancellation fees due to the changes in short notice.
Please keep in mind that we are in service industry and it’s our duty to provide our clients the best synced product for their desired recreation, for which we automatically reserves the right to make any changes to your itinerary at any point of time. Due to the nature of our holidays and mostly our season based activities, events and festivals it may be necessary for us to make such changes in order to give you the best. But we can assure you that most of the changes are minor and we will let you know or discuss with you as soon as we made the change.
INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH reserves the right to cancel your booking at any point of time under any unavoidable circumstances. However, in no case we will cancel your booking less than 4 weeks prior to departure unless it is for reasons that are out of our control or for late or nonpayment by you. If we have to cancel your booking (other than for late or non-payment by you) you will have a choice of taking an alternative holiday, (where this is of a lower price we will refund the difference to you, however, if the holiday is of a higher price you will be expected to pay the difference) or cancelling the contract in which case a full refund will be paid to you. Occasionally we will have to cancel a trip due to under booking. If a tour is cancelled due to under booking then we will inform you no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
We always do our best to ensure that your vacation arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as the result of our negligence, or that of our employees or agents. It is our duty to let you know that, some fees, service charges or costs are not in our control and as we calculate our trip cost on the basis of present cost, fees or service charge structure if there are any hikes in taxes, fuel cost, government service charge, guide charge or the entrance fees of monuments / museums / wildlife sanctuaries / amusement parks / recreation centers by the govt. of Bangladesh, the same amount would be charged as extra.Please note that, INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH PRIVATE LTD. Act only as an agent for the Hotels, Airlines, Transporters, Railways and suppliers of other services where all exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these above mentioned services are provided by them.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the Hotels, Airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by Hotels or Airlines.We shall not be responsible for any interruptions & alterations in the program or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political terminations or any other unfortunate incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. Note:We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, loss due to theft, or any other reasons including health issues. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
You should familiarize yourself with any health or VISA requirements that may be applicable in the areas that you intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health and any other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. You shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, VISA and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure any documents in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH on the client’s behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. If failure to obtain any such documents results in fines, surcharges or any other financial penalty, being imposed upon us then you shall reimburse us accordingly. You accept that you may be traveling through areas of political, climatic instability, high altitudes and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described here and forms the basis of your contract with INTERACTIVE BANGLADESH PRIVATE LTD.
We do our very best to ensure that your holiday arrangements go according to the plan or itinerary. However, if you have a complaint arising out of what we have agreed to provide for you please let us know at the earliest opportunity, if necessary by telephoning at our hotline number from wherever you may be. If a problem arises during your trip it is important that you advise the supplier and/or our representatives or guides at the earliest opportunity who will endeavor to put things right. If you are unhappy with your hotel rooms or transports, please inform the hotel manager or our logistics support team so that the situation can be rectified on the spot. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally you should advise us within 15 days of the incident, in writing, giving your original booking reference number and all other relevant information. Your letter will be given prompt attention. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we cannot accept responsibility, as we would have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate the matter and hopefully rectify any problem.
