Big City: Mymensingh is located at the north of capital Dhaka. It takes only three hours to reach Mymensingh from the capital. Mymensingh is a big city at the bank of river Brahmaputra. Its previous name was Nasirabad. The only Agricultural University of the country is located in this city. It has also border with Meghalaya of India.
