The Rabindra Kuthibari of Shilaidaha is a beautiful mansion where the Noble Laureate Rabindranath Tagore's lived to administer his family Zamindari. The Kuthibari, located at Shilaidaha in Kumarkhali Upazila of the Kushtia district, is only 20 km from Kushtia town. Kushtia is also the town of the iconic figure of Bengali Baul Music. His shrine is situated in Chheuriya, Kushtia. He has founded an akhdah there. The village of another famous literature personality, Mir Mosharraf Hossain has also born in Lahinipara, Kumarkhali of  Kushtia.
